I just happened to be in the area when this happened. The owner of the car took his shopping and just left the car to drown. HEAVY RAINS SPOIL SOMEONE'S DAY. JUST BOUGHT THE CAR 2 MONTHS AGO DATE OF FILMING: 20th July, 2007 I happened to be at the scene with my camera when this happened after heavy rainfall in the town of Kingston, United Kingdom so, I filmed it. In all my time in England, I have never seen such heavy rains.
