I just loved this game as a kid and can vividly remember buying it even, just came back from the dentists and travelled to Harrow, went in the game shop there (Adam's World) and they had for sale a day before release!
Just remember that, also watching Bodger & Badger in a shop window waiting for my brother to pick us up in the car.
Thank you for a trip down memory lane. Sadly, I never really delved that much into the Wonder Boy in Monster Land series, which had many games if I recall correctly. Will need to check in on it at some point. ;)
