Tribute to the Atari 2600

Ah, yes, the good old days. Seems like 1987 was just yesterday, and I was spending hours basking in the electronic glow of the old-ass tv in my bedroom, gripping my joystick, pulling it frantically to and fro until my hands cramped up.(Or maybe that was me watching "Bikini Car Wash" on USA "up all night.")Anyway, you had to have skills to play many of those games. And to this day, no one can touch me on dig dug. Only on the 2600, though. I sucked at the arcade version. You had to pump the badguys up like, four times to get them to blow up. But anyway, I love atari. It's almost like some kind of minimalist form of art. And there was the competition aspect... You could brag about points to your friends, or try to beat their scores. The '80s was an awesome time to be a kid.
