How to Set Homepage With or Without Administrator Privileges

Some schools and other places will not let you change your homepage. It it quite easy to set a different homepage by clicking on a link, but many do not know how to change back to the original homepage. In a school setting you may wind up in trouble if they find out about it so I coded a new option on my website to change your homepage without administrator privileges.
