If you ever see one of these coming at you, you know the wind is going to blow hard. A tornado occurs at the back end of a cloud. These clouds here, called shelf, roll or Arcus clouds, occur at the front of a storm. They can be very ominous looking at times. Ten minutes after this video was shot, the wind blew about 60 to 70 miles an hour!
