Carls Jr is not a knock off of hardees, they are owned by the same company. if anything hardees is a knock off of carls jr. carls junior was founded in the early 40's and hardees in the 60's. hardees has half the menu and twice the prices as carls jr. carls jr has superior food quality for a cheaper price.

incase you havent been to the wisconsin side of the state, carls jr. is a knock off of hardees not mcdonalds, they dont have a star they have a huge M!

so again, EAT HARDEES! the only difference is Carls Jr. dont have expensive ass food, hardees...well you might need to take a 2nd mortgage out on the house, burgers here are betwen 5-7 bucks a peice!
