How to make your own delicious popcorn on the stove (sped up). 1) Buy quality popcorn kernels at a place like Whole Foods. 2) Get a non-stick pan and lid. 3) Heat the pan and put some oil in. 4) Put a few kernels in and when they pop, the temperature is right. 5) Drop about 1/4 cup of kernels per person into the oil and swish around to coat them. 6) Put the lid on... for goodness sakes put the lid on!!!! 7) Add your favorite toppings. This method gives you natural popcorn without the fear of diacetyl poisoning from artificial butter.
