A friend of mine (originally from London) taught me how to make yummy English Roast Potatoes. Now I'll share it with you. Derek-style. You need: - Potatoes - Water - Olive oil - Salt How: 1. Peel potatoes. 2. Put 3mm of oil on cooking tray. 3. Place tray in oven at 200°C. 4. Put potatoes in boiling water. 5. Strain potatoes once soft. 6. Put potatoes on cooking tray. 7. Cook for 10mins at 200°C. Tips: If you have a compost bin you can put the potato skin in there. It's a good idea to clean up while to wait for the potatoes to cook. There's nothing worse than finishing a delicious meal and then having to come back to the sink to clean up all the pots and trays. © 2007 DJSteen Productions djsteenproductions.com Music made by mee in Garageband Three.
