Tae Ton Kloey (Kicking banana trees). Kicking banana tress is one of the training techniques conceived by teachers of the old. It is to develop kicking skill. There are two ways of training by this method; kick with full power, will develop power, toughening the shins, and to maintain the sharp edge of the shins. Kicking to keep the tree trunk remain in the up right position - stand a banana tree trunk vertical to the ground and kick with either leg and keep the tree trunk remain standing up. This type of training develops speed, reflex, and correct body position.
