When I woke up I only remembered me singing the line "dream within a dream" and the use of a repeating riff. So I decided to write a song with the lyrics of the poem "Dream Within a Dream" by Poe and add a riff that sounds a bit like the one I heard in my dream. Verse 1: Take this kiss upon the brow! And, in parting from you now, Thus much let me avow- You are not wrong, who deem That my days have been a dream; Verse 2: Yet if hope has flown away In a night, or in a day, In a vision, or in none, Is it therefore the less gone? therefore the less gone?
