(SunnyInLA.com) Out on my morning walk, I took this of trees. When I got home, I saw the reminder that April 27, (the last Friday of April, is National Arbor Day when the whole country pays tribute to trees! Julius Sterling Morton proposed the holiday during the term of Grover Cleveland back in the 19th century. Morton was a resident of Nebraska, also known as the Tree Planters' State.
