The owners of the Three Bears Resort in Warrens, Wisconsin have put their property up for sale, but if they do not receive an offer soon⦠the business will be forced to close to both vacationers and to its workers. Company President Edward Van Der Molen cites the continuing rise in gas prices as the reason behind the resorts many challenges to stay open. The resort is considered to be the largest employer in Warrens. It includes the Jellystone Park campground, the in and outdoor waterpark, a skatepark, conference center, and the Three Bears Lodge. The vacation spot may shut down permanently if the resort if not sold by September 29 or 14 days after.
